Due to the pre-payments required for the retreat center, accommodations, materials, food and staff on behalf of each participant, there are no refunds offered for partial attendance or no-shows. Our policy is firm. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. GFG may consider transfers to another participant for the retreat (or other GFG event) on a case by case basis.
GFG reserves the right to cancel any retreat for any reason including an insufficient number of participants. or any other reason. If this occurs, appropriate refunds will be processed within 30-45 days of the normally scheduled retreat dates, minus any penalties incurred by GFG. Every attempt but no guarantee will be made to refund 100% of the registrants fees if the reason for cancellation is outside of GFG's decision. (i.e.: Acts of God, strikes, etc).
(all participants will be required to sign a more detailed release of liability at the retreat in order to participate at the retreat, if there is a concern regarding this issue, please contact our office PRIOR to registering for a retreat)
Upon purchase of any of the Guilt Free Goddess Retreats and/or workshops/classes, it is understood that I agree to release Spiritual Consulting Group, LLC and any and all staff and/or affiliated entities, all liability during my participation at the Guilt Free Goddess event I am registering for and participating in. I understand that my participation is elective and is based on my willingness, made of sound mind, body and soul. I understand that this retreat is not considered therapy or psychological counseling in any way. This event is for my relaxation, personal growth and enjoyment.
I do not hold anyone or anything affiliated with Guilt Free Goddess and Spiritual Consulting Group, LLC liable for anything that happens before, during or after as a result of my decision to participate in this event.
