After many years in the corporate world, Ali Grace decided to pursue her life long dream of truly helping others pursue their heartfelt dreams and ambitions. With a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and a graduate of the Hoffman Institute, she needed more to prepare for her new journey, so she went back to school and received her Masters in Spiritual Psychology. During this 2 year program, she was opened to her unfolding life purpose of supporting the many women, who, like her, were experiencing "burn-out" and questioning their daily life by going through the motions even if outward success was present in their current life - being pulled in every possible direction and not knowing how to turn their ship around. It took a few powerful & traumatic experiences for her to realize she was not fulfilled even though she was successful in her corporate life.

With her past professional experience in sales and management, Ali knew she had to design something that merged the two worlds of Corporate America and Spirituality. The synergy that emerged during her own life transformation literally "birthed" the idea of Guilt Free Goddess- a creation from her own life journey. Breaking free from the limiting beliefs that previously held her back- she embraces each day with a new sense of depth, balance and authenticity.

Her coaching practice, Spiritual Consulting Group, LLC is dedicated to working with women in life transformation, co-dependent relationships and early life trauma. "My most joyful moments exist when I am in the presence of someone breaking free from the pain that kept them from experiencing true happiness in their present life. When one person heals just one aspect of their life, all those around them are affected- I am usually brought to tears in these moments and it is then, I understand why I am here."
